JCI Achieve, официальный курс по развитию Локальных Организаций JCI – полнодневный тренинг, использующий формат дискуссий и игровых ситуаций для понимания и установления идентичности локальной орагнизации, ее цели и того, что необходимо делать, чтобы реализовать Миссию JCI, чтобы эффективно адаптировать и использовать узнаваемые и ценные виды деятельности, чтобы понимать существующие демографические группы и их характеристики, а также то, как создать привлекательную организацию, которая вовлечет новых участников, которые ищут возможностей для развития и хотят создавать позитивные изменения как активные граждане.

JCI Achieve рекомендуется пройти всем членам JCI, которые  хотят полностью понять значение, цель и динамику построения привлекательной Локальной Организации JCI.

Программа JCI Achieve

Module 1 – Opening:

The opening of the course will introduce participants and trainers, explain the course program and objectives and introduce the importance of the course.

Module 2 – Identity:

For any local organization to be successful, it must first have a strong identity in the community and with its membership. Establishing and maintaining this identity will strengthen the local organization and results it will accomplish.

Module 3 – Purpose:

This module discusses the purpose or reason why a local organization exists in order to fulfill JCI’s Mission. There are many activities a local organization can conduct but its core activity must be related to the accomplishment of JCI’s Mission.

Module 4 – Product:

JCI has established a clear corporate identity and logo all over the world where JCI is established with local organizations. A logo or image however is not enough to establish a brand. Local organizations need to decide and deliver activities that identify the organization and promote the benefits of JCI to young people in the community.

Module 5 – Members:

The need for constantly bringing in new members is part of the dynamics of JCI. The process of providing opportunities to empower young people who will be active citizens in the society brings the need of new members to replace the ones who become active in the community. This Module presents recruiting from another perspective: making a chapter well known and attractive to the target members, finding the individuals who fit into the profile of members and approaching them in a professional and planned way. It also covers the characteristics of the young generation and how young people can be attracted to the local organization using the Mission, Vision, Values and the opportunities available for personal development.

Module 6 – Opportunities:

Attracting and inviting new members is only the first part of a recruitment program. The second part – and maybe the hardest one – is to ensure the local organization is well organized to involve the new members and that the opportunities are available for the new members. The local organization must be ready to attract and prepared to absorb the young people who are looking for the opportunities JCI has to offer.

Module 7 – Closing:

This module will reinforce the course message and close with the certificates being given to participants.

Данный тренинг обычно проводится 1 день. Вместе с тем, используя возможность приезда Филипа и ценя его драгоценное время, было принято решение разбить программу на две части и провести их в вечернее послерабочее время за два дня, 6 и 7 апреля. Начало работы оба дня  в 19:00. Цена курса – 150 грн.

Для членов Палаты явка обязательна. Место проведения уточняется.
